[Case Study] Monitoring the Level of Collected Dust
Stable level monitoring without relying on the experience points of veterans.
In the automobile recycling factory, the dust generated during the crushing of cars is collected by a dust collector and then pumped to a container, with the level monitoring of the container relying on the experience of veteran workers. Therefore, we would like to introduce a case where we solved this issue by introducing a radar-type millimeter-wave level gauge. <Challenges Before Implementation> 1) When there is a sudden increase in the pumping volume, even veteran workers may misjudge the timing, leading to an overflow of the set quantity. 2) We want to enable even young workers to switch the containers at the appropriate timing.
